Portable, first Nigerian artiste to hold show at petrol station
The Nigerian street-hop artiste, Habeeb Okikiola also known as Portable, recently thrilled a crowd of youths at a filling station.Following months of fuel scarcity, residents troop out to petrol stations regularly to buy fuel for their cars and generators across the country.
Portable was in Oyo state to shut down the town, he made a stop at a filling station and organised an impromptu music show for the people at the station. He held a microphone in his hand and executed his signature dance moves much to the excitement and relief of the crowd that had been waiting there for long.
Prior to Portable’s act, no Nigerian artiste has ever held a music show at a filling station. He broke a similar record earlier when he became the first to have a show on water in Rivers state.
